About Aerial Silks Classes

Grow stronger, refine technique, and expand your aerial skills through two complementary silks offerings—one focused on building strength and conditioning, and the other on learning sequences, new skills, and drops.

Skills, Sequences & Drops

At North Country Climbing

  • Learn new skills, transitions, and flowing sequences.

Barre Class Description

About Barre Classes

Experience a low-impact, high-intensity workout that fuses Pilates, strength training, and ballet-inspired movement for a full-body burn. This class builds control, endurance, and functional strength without stressing your joints. Membership and class pass options are available through Studium Fitness.

“Alicia is a great aerial silks instructor & truly loves her craft.  She knows the importance of continuing her own education in the field and is consistent with her own practice.    

She has been training a friends teenage daughter for a few years now. I was  impressed after watching how she patiently and skillfully worked with them on their technique & especially in seeing the end results in their showcases. 

I started training with her a few months ago while wanting to tackle these same amazing tricks and get a fantastic workout at the same time. She is thorough with cuing, which is extremely important, willing to repeatedly show the techniques when we question a movement & super supportive while we are trying to maneuver through a new move. She is conscientious of safety protocols both with equipment and our usage of the silks. 

Alicia is always on time and ready for our sessions and while stressing the importance of practicing “the basics”, she always keeps class fresh with a new trick or two.

I would highly encourage anyone interested to definitely try her classes and stick with it, it gets more fun as you go!”
